By using this website or engaging Studio Bock's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Services
Studio Bock (operated by Bockstar, LLC) provides AI-powered automation services for local service businesses, including but not limited to: AI receptionist and call handling, SMS and email follow-up automation, lead generation systems, and website and funnel buildout. Services are delivered on a monthly subscription basis. Specific deliverables are outlined in the service agreement provided to each client at onboarding. Studio Bock reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to active clients.

3. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a client demonstrates no measurable benefit from services rendered during the billing period (such as no new leads generated or no reviews obtained). Any approved refund will be issued for the monthly service fee only and will exclude any third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf, including but not limited to phone number fees, messaging charges, and software costs. Upon cancellation, client contact data will be retained in Studio Bock's systems but removed from all active email and SMS campaigns. Clients who require full data deletion may submit a written request and Studio Bock will honor that request within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Disclaimer of Results Studio Bock provides AI automation services designed to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. However, results are not guaranteed and may vary depending on factors outside of Studio Bock's control, including but not limited to: market conditions, client industry, geographic location, competition, and client participation in the onboarding and setup process. Any revenue projections, estimates, or examples provided on this website or in sales materials — including those generated by the Revenue Calculator — are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes. Past results achieved by other clients do not guarantee similar results for your business. Studio Bock makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or results of its services.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Bock (Bockstar, LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. In no event shall Studio Bock's total liability to any client exceed the amount paid by that client in the 30 days preceding the claim. Studio Bock is not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from third-party service interruptions, including but not limited to any platforms or software used in the delivery of services.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by Studio Bock, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Studio Bock directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

7. Changes to Terms Studio Bock reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients with active service agreements will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days prior to those changes taking effect.
